HR Coordinator The Thomas Jefferson Foundation seeks a friendly and organized person to help serve as the first point of contact for our Human Resources Office. Candidates should have strong communications skills and enjoy providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for performing HR- related duties on a professional level and will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and the HR Team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, employment, onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations. The successful candidate will have an associate degree, 3-5 years in Human Resources or related field with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills. They will be a self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills and the ability to maintain a high level of discretion with confidential material.
