The Boar's Head seeks nominations for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. In this role, you will be responsible to assist the Food & Beverage Director in with all facets of the Food & Beverage Operations, including the writing of effective business plans, staffing plans, and advancing growth opportunities. The qualified candidate must have minimum of 5 years of Hospitality Management education and/or equivalent experience. Restaurant and banquet experience required in a hotel environment.
