The Campus Recruitment and Talent Development Team is part of the Global Human Resources group at Scotiabank and is responsible for attracting and developing future Scotiabank leaders. We are a crucial partner to the business, and we backss, select, and develop diverse early talent from around the world. Developing this talent is at the core of what we do at Scotiabank, where the focus in on customization and strategy. The Strategy and Programs TA Experience Team plays a crucial role in supporting the development, execution, and sustainability of programs and strategies launched to enhance candidate, talent acquisition consultant and hiring manager experience. In this 18 month contract, you will have the opportunity to work with the Campus Recruitment and Talent Development Team as well as the Strategy and Programs TA Experience Team. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end campus talent acquisition activities, including creating and executing on-campus strategy. You will build and maintain a diverse talent bench of candidates across various geographies through all stages of the recruitment funnel. Leveraging technologies, you will be responsible for backssing and tracking candidates, relationship management, and offer management. You will be helping to create and deliver presentations on and off-campus, plan and execute events and large-scale conferences, as well as manage social media deliverables. You will be managing various relationships such as working and negotiating with key vendors and internal business leaders and provide support and mentorship to members of the team – it’s a very big, rewarding role!
