The ideal candidate will have experience in bankruptcy and litigation, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and must be admitted to the state Bar of Georgia. Duties:Provide legal counsel to national financial institutions.Assist clients in designing, establishing, and launching new loan programs.Handle bankruptcy and litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state Bar of Georgia.3-5 years of experience in a bankruptcy and restructuring practice.Emphasis on real estate workout and transactional restructuring.Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the state Bar of Georgia. Skills:Experience in bankruptcy and restructuring practice.Knowledge of real estate workout and transactional restructuring.Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.Legal research and analysis abilities.Litigation experience.Negotiation skills.
