Snr Biologist needs 5-7 years? experienceSnr Biologist requires:PhD or equivalent with 1 to 3 years, or MS with 3 to 5 years of experience on assay development,AAV experienceScientific training and hands-on experience with various cell-based and molecular assays, including but not limited to 2D and /3D cell culture, cell-based potency assay, ELISA, western, qPCR, RT-qPCR, and DNA/RNA/protein extraction from cells and animal (including NHP) tissuesExperience with organoidStrong organizational skills and detailed orientedExperience using Benchling for lab activity documentationGood written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.Use the current available technologies and explore novel techniques/technologies as appropriate. Snr Biologist duties:Work closely with a team of scientists to advance AAV based gene therapies.Develop, optimize, and execute bioanalytical assays to characterize AAV vectors designed for various therapeutic programs and to evaluate PK/PD profiles of such vector in appropriate model systems.Perform sample analysis per established method or SOPContribute to the tech transfer of developed assays to internal or external collaboratorsSupport internal Translational lab operation and maintenancePerform data analysis and author/ review method SOP, assay development summary and report
