Position Title: Customer Support Specialist Job Description As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer orders, verifying information, and exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Position Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls Interact with a high volume of customers daily to process orders, answer questions, and help with overall needs Maintain knowledge of services and products Qualifications Call center experience preferred Experience working with Microsoft Office Automotive industry knowledge a plus Bilingual highly desired High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others. Capacity to maintain composure and politeness under difficult circumstances. Aptitude to be available and adjust working hours according to demands. Shift & Hours: Monday – Friday Compensation: $17-$18 / hour based on experience Monthly performance-based incentives Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.
