What will I be doing? Overseeing and reviewing quality of clinical work and documents Conducting performance reviews Provide support to families and staff in challenging situations Reviewing and assigning cases Offering individual and group supervision Conducting assessments for clients Providing conferences and/or training Collaborating with School Staff, Specialists, Targeted Case Managers, etc. to provide efficient treatment Am I a good fit? Experience and confidence in implementing evidence-based practices Experience in program development, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and public speaking Experience working in crisis settings with individuals and families Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Required Qualified Supervisor in FL (preferred) Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred) Additional Benefits: If you are applying for a master’s level position in the state of Florida, we will offer Supervision reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Health Connect America and its companies are a multi-state, community mental health, behavioral health, family preservation, and therapeutic foster care services provider(s).
