Job Description Resource to provide support for Payroll by examining the current time entry and payroll processes and providing recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.Roles and responsibilities Work with payroll team on developing improvements. Updating and revising the processing playbooks/procedures related to Kronos Workforce Central as well as the PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Payroll modules Develop analytical reporting and metrics to improve the payroll process inclusive of payroll related tickets entered into CA Service Desk help desk solutions Review and strength controls around the historical correction process Document the historical correction process Resource must have a good working knowledge and experience with Kronos Workforce Central and PeopleSoft PayrollRequired Has an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years experience at a manager level related to engagements for the public and/or private sector, Federal, State or Local governments or in another specialized area as defined by a task order Preferred CPA license Payroll Operations Consultant
