Description:
* Successfully deliver projects. * Drive planning, delivery, communication, and operational/tactical aspects of the project(s). * Develop all project deliverables (e.g., project plan, charter, communication plans, presentations) and conduct reviews/approvals with client leadership. * Drive project communication (e.g., status reports, dashboards) to all impacted stakeholders. * Demonstrate subject matter expertise in project management, process improvement, business analysis and/or organizational change management through the delivery of PPM projects. * Partner with the team leader/managing consultant to manage the development and execution of project team strategy and to optimize team effectiveness in achieving project objectives in alignment with budget and timeline. * Establish and maintain functionally integrated project schedules to enable accurate project, financial, and portfolio analyses and ensure accurate inputs are provided into business planning processes. * Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders. * Effectively conduct face-to-face and virtual ongoing meetings and workshops. * Own quality of work and most, if not all, deliverables under your responsibility. * Manage scope and monitor progress of project activities. * Proactively identify risks and issues in a timely manner, collaborate with colleagues and client lead(s) to resolve issues, and adjust project plans as needed. * Responsible for the schedule and quality of assigned projects, if applicable. * Ensure performance management processes (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluations) are completed in a timely manner. * Participate in internal or client-required staff training. * Other duties as assigned.
