Job Summary: The Math Teacher fulfills the mission of St. Joseph Catholic School by planning, guiding, and evaluating the learning process of the students within the framework of the school's philosophy, organization, and curriculum. The Teacher provides the appropriate learning atmosphere and activities designed to maximize student competencies and skills for intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual growth. The position is hired and evaluated by the principal. About SJCS: Established in 1894, St. Joseph Catholic School provides a solid academic curriculum that prepares students to be responsible and contributing citizens in an ever-changing society. The Elementary Campus serves students pre-k (4) through fifth grade, and our Secondary Campus serves students sixth grade through 12th grade. It is our mission to form the whole student-mind, body and spirit-in a Catholic environment committed to a culture of belonging.
