WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications: Experience working in an HVAC office Quick learner with phone and clerical experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Ability to interact effectively with other employees Basic math and written communication skills Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus! WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE You will work Monday - Friday . There is some weekend availability . As an HVAC Customer Service Representative, you will have the chance to utilize your expertise in providing exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and efficiently processing new and existing client service requests. Your strong organizational skills will be put to use as you assist in scheduling for customer service and dispatching our field staff. Additionally, you will be making outbound calls to schedule maintenance for our existing customer base, ensuring their HVAC systems are well-maintained. Data entry, invoicing, and filing will be an integral part of your responsibilities, ensuring accurate and organized records.
