Reasons to consider joining our team: • 401(k) matching• Generous paid time off• Outstanding company culture• Access to training and educational resources Please note: This is only an in-office position located in Aurora, CO and in office Monday to Friday Responsibilities:Your primary responsibilities will include processing payments and maintaining accurate customer account information. You will also be responsible for the timely preparation of customer invoices, tracking customer payments, and resolving any discrepancies. Additionally, you will be assisting the purchasing team with managing inventory. Additional duties may include:• Prepare and manage daily billing for customers• Post customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable• Respond professionally to customer billing issues and questions• Work with other departments to investigate and resolve customer discrepancies• Maintain and update customer account information• Assist in the monthly review process• Assist with other accounting-related duties, as necessary• Perform receptionist duties• Inventory tracking & reporting Qualifications:• A high school diploma is required for this position, with some college-level accounting being beneficial.• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred.• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office skills is necessary.• The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning new software systems.• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential.• Basic knowledge of small office accounting procedures, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, is expected.• The role involves high-volume invoice processing and data input, requiring proficient computer skills and meticulous organizational abilities.• Excellent communication skills are vital as the position involves interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal staff both electronically and by phone.• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist with general office support tasks is required.
