A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager. Key Responsibilities: Maximize customer retention and success through operational excellence Drive revenue retention and expansion through renewals and lead generation Develop and execute account objectives, conduct business reviews, and handle support escalations Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS company Experience working with C-level executives Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and renewal negotiation Prefer experience in sales, operations, or support within the Entertainment, Restaurant, or Retail Technology space
