Build Your Career: At JCTM, we know the power of knowledge and experience combined with integrity and resolveWhen you join JCTM, you are joining a team that empowers people, does what is right, and believes that every 'JCTMer' has a role in helping manage our cultureChallenging projects: The successful PM Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) Research Project Manager on our team will perform research along with collecting and analyzing data from studiesYou will be responsible for the discovery and compilation of relevant data, and preparation of products that are readily understandableYou will perform assessments and projections as part of the analytic process and develop technical reports and briefings, project deliverables, and other finished productsYou will interface as a collaborator with external entities and use computer tools to facilitate analysis tasks, product preparation, and presentation of technical briefings to the customer and upper managementYou should have a passion for writing and an ability to "tell the story" in a way that reaches the intended audienceYou will actively perform and integrate all efforts of the study team and will be responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews both virtual and in personMeaningful work: Use your skills, knowledge, experience, and drive to empower change within the United States DoD, the Intelligence Community and our countryYour work will directly support the safety and security of our Nation's service membersState-of-the-art technology: Broaden your capabilities while working directly in support of the DoD - optimizing emerging technologies and methodologies for successful employment at multiple echelonsNew skills: Alongside a myriad of technical and functional experts, you can gain practical experience with advanced technologies, emerging tools and concepts, and strategic level implementationRoom to grow: You'll be inspired to grow your career and become a key contributor to the company's processes and strategic goals through your alignment with mentors and collaborative colleaguesHybrid Role: Applicant must be local to Quantico, with near daily ability to access classified spaces at Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC)You Have: --- TS/SCI Clearance --- *Master's Degree --- 15+ years of experience in Military Intelligence and/or Operations --- Post military business experience --- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills --- Ability and passion for writing in a way that connects with the intended audience --- Knowledge of collection methods and production resources and responsibilities --- Familiarity with MCIA organization and processes --- Ability to be self-motivated, applying initiative and judgment to work independently as well as in a team environment *Experience may substitute for education requirements for this roleClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; DOD TS/SCI Level clearance is requiredJCTM is an Equal Opportunity Employer that empowers our people to fearlessly drive internal and external change while supporting the safety and security of our great nation.
