The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical skills, sharp business acumen, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Job Responsibilities: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Develop performance optimization suggestions related to dedicated networks.:Develop and implement KPIs to maximize fleet utilization (turns per truck per week) across all fleets.:Assist in developing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality control and cost containment.:Help develop recommendations on optimal fleet sizing (where to add/reduce trucks, trailers, etc.) and high:potential lanes for each fleet.:Perform shipment assignment analysis (OTR, Dedicated, Fleet Backhaul, Hybrid).:Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency, productivity, and processes.:Maintain appropriate records and prepare reports.:Coordinate logistics activities with internal/external stakeholders.:Support additional projects as necessary. Qualifications: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::A bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or logistics is highly preferred; other relatable experiences are also applicable.:4 to 6 years of experience in Transportation Management.:Dedicated transportation experience preferred.:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word,:Advanced skills in: Excel/VBA, Power BI:High level of business acumen and communication and presentation skills throughout varying levels of the organization, from line:level employees up to the C:suite Work Schedule This position is based in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA, offering a dynamic hybrid work schedule.
